My Experience
My first "real" job was at Kragen Auto parts, for a couple years while trying out community college. After 2 years of trying those out, i decided to quit school and work full time at a school district as a custodian for about 5 years. Then, i wanted to do something more challenging and with higher income potential so I got into HVAC, working for 3 different companies over about 5 years and finally starting and owning a company, that I am still involved with today 11 years later.
My story
I started off in the refrigeration field in 2005 as an apprentice, learning operations from the field, and later in the office learning behind the scenes. Then switching to residential AC and Heating for both large corporations, and small 2 man shops over the next few years, I learned a lot of Do's and Dont's. Then starting our company in 2010 with only myself andmy business partner Sheldon, we have grown to a large residential HVAC business with over 40 employees and continued growth every year.
